Frequently Asked Questions

All orders are delivered directly to the school(s) included in your order. If you place an order for items at multiple schools, each school's items will be delivered to that specific school. 

During checkout, you will be asked to enter a shipping address. This address is used for billing purposes only and does not determine where your order will be delivered. Regardless of the address entered at checkout, all items will be delivered directly to the selected school(s).

The fee shown as "Shipping" at checkout is a standard 4% credit card processing fee. Since all orders are delivered directly to the selected school(s), this fee is not for shipping or delivery. It helps cover the cost of securely processing your payment. 

 If you're unsure which size to order, The Grad Shoppe has sample sizes available for all apparel items so you can try them on before placing your order.

We encourage you to visit the store to find the best fit, as exchanges are limited. 

Only uniform cotton T-shirts are eligible for exchange, and exchanges are subject to available inventory in our store.

All other items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

If you need to exchange an eligible uniform cotton T-shirt for a different size, please contact our office as soon as possible to check availability.

Order delivery times depend on the ordering window in which your order was placed. Since The Grad Shoppe operates as a school fundraiser, we do not keep a fully stocked inventory of merchandise at our office. Instead, orders are collected during designated ordering windows and then submitted for production.

1st Quarter – 1st Group Ordering Window
This ordering window was open from May 20th–July 2nd. Orders from this group were scheduled to be completed and delivered before orientation.

1st Quarter – 2nd Group Ordering Window
This ordering window was open from July 3rd–August 4th (extended from the original closing date of July 31st). Orders from this group will be delivered at the end of August or beginning of September, depending on the school.

2nd Quarter – 3rd Group Ordering Window
This ordering window is currently open. Orders will be submitted as quickly as possible once enough orders have been collected for production. The expected delivery timeframe for this group is October.
